Every time you see the glow from an orange light, that’s me there with you.

A virtual solo show of work that began to form as a virus overtook an unknown Chinese town called Wuhan. After The Virus was a piece made very organically as the country digested the latest news report in the media. Unbeknownst to us, this virus would soon be sweeping across the world, out of control.

What followed, as we know, was months of lockdown, quarantine, and social isolation. Finding ouselves processing this through drawings that searched for physicality, sculptures that grappled with fear, and interventions that harnessed some of the nightmares we started to experience.

The final show titled ‘Omniipresent’ was an expression of this journey in combination with reflections on the misinformation that spread as quickly as the virus itself.
